  • How do you answer my phone?

    We assign you a local number. You then call forward your existing local or GSM telephone number to the telephone number we assign to you.

  • Will you answer the phone with my business name?

    Yes we will! When your unique phone number rings through our system, your company's information and customized script appears on the associate's screen with relevant instructions.

  • How do you know about my business?

    During account set-up, our Sales team asks several questions about your business that we enter into our CRM system - stored on our internal databases. That information will be clearly visible to every associate that answers a call for you. We also employ and train industry-specific staff that deliver advanced level of expertise for our customers.

  • How do I sign up?

  • How will I be billed?

    Usage charges are calculated and billed on a calendar month basis, based upon In-call minute usage. You do not pay for 24 hour staffing, you pay only for customer time when the calls hit our system up to the time when we finish work on your behalf.

  • How much is your service?

    That depends on how many calls you receive and the duration of time each call lasts. We charge most of our clients on a (number of calls) usage (or per minute) basis. Our Sales Team work with you to evaluate how many minutes you will use based on the number of calls you receive each day and approximately how long we need to spend working for each interaction. We then recommend an appropriate monthly plan. We also have a dedicated staffing option for clients that need dedicated staff assigned to work on their account. Billing works differently for dedicated staff.

  • How do you know an incoming call is for my business?

    Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system recognizes the dedicated number we assign to you and transmits that call to the appropriate team. The CallTel Associate answering the call will then focus 100% of his/her attention on your account and the client calling.

  • How do I contact you when I need to make changes to my account?

    You can email Client Care Services at clientcare@calltelcomn.net or call 08062886057 and ask for Client Care Services. If you send an email, kindly include your company name and Account Number.

  • How do I get messages?

    We send your messages to you via email or text. Your messages are also automatically posted to your online account. CallTel clients are given online account access when they sign-up.
